Companies Nationwide Use Strategic and Unique Benefit to Assist Employees

With the employee summer travel season fast approaching, businesses nationwide which cannot come to a complete halt but may take a summer lull, must keep track of their valuable employees in order to keep the company productive and moving forward.

J-W Energy Company and its subsidiaries have locations and employees scattered all over the Central United States region, and use the unique strategic services of Marketplace Chaplains to help its far-flung employees during the summer travel season and all year long.

According to national statistics, employees are expected to travel more than a million miles in work and personal travel this summer and Marketplace Chaplains have expanded their service to cover the distance.

In 2011 alone, Marketplace Chaplains 2,591 male and female caregivers traveled more than two million miles, serving 458,987 client company employees and their family members, with 891,369 visits and 889 crisis interventions.
