Chaplain Care Team
Our training takes our 5 million hours of workplace chaplaincy experience, which is constantly delivered via a teaching manual with QR codes to a LMS (Learning Management System) in a micro-learning environment, supplemented by videos and over 100 modules of continuing education topics. Mentoring, chaplain team meetings and coaching by Senior Chaplains ensure the highest quality. One in ten applicants meet our rigorous requirements and standards. The main element we look for in selecting corporate chaplains, however, is a calling! Our workplace chaplains love people. They are caregivers and servant-leaders, willing to leave their family, at any hour, to attend to a need of one of the employees or family members they serve at their assigned companies.
The Chaplain Care Team is the critical component of our success of high approval ratings and tenure. A team removes the gender element as female chaplains work with female employees and family members, and male chaplains work with male employees or couples. Language and cultural barriers are eliminated with a team, especially when we are asked to help in difficult family situations or crises. A Chaplain Care Team provides a better presence for your workforce as they are able to reach out to one of their chaplains they know and see more readily. Our chaplain-to-employee ratio is the lowest in the industry, averaging 1:200. A Chaplain Care Team also brings a wealth of experience to the table as members have varying backgrounds of expertise and education from family counseling, to grief care, to senior care and much more. In addition, a team allows your diverse employee population a choice to use any chaplain as they each have unique personalities, are of different ages and have different skill sets.
