Motorcars of Georgia offers car fans a wide variety of luxury vehicles to purchase, from Lamborghinis, Lotus’, Aston Martins to BMWs, several with six-figure price tags as well.

But Founder and President Eric Gregory also insists on another equally valuable service for his employees and family members, the proactive, strategic employee initiative of Marketplace Chaplains USA, America’s largest and most experienced employee care service provider.

Every week, Marketplace Chaplains make a regularly scheduled site visit to the multi-million dollar dealership in the Atlanta, Georgia area, providing help and hope to the dozens of employees who are employed by the upscale store.

“This is something I’m totally on board with,” said Gregory, 40, who founded the state’s premier exotic luxury dealership just out of college.

“It’s great to have a team of smiling faces who will talk about the good and the bad things with my people. Just having chaplains here reminds me we have a Kingdom purpose and is a level of accountability to me.”

Marketplace Chaplains currently serves 2,393 client locations in 43 states and 867 cities, caring for more than 485,000 employees and family members in the U.S. and overseas.

Southeast Regional Vice President Shane Satterfield, who began serving the company when it came on board in August 2009, called it a unique employee service for a very unique company.

“It’s a great opportunity and a very rewarding one,” Satterfield said.

Like many upscale, exotic businesses, Gregory said he has struggled some in the current economic climate, but continues to believe chaplains are the right service for his employees.

“This was decided in the heart of the recession, which was not a great place to be. We’re like a lot of businesses who have similar problems, but when we see the chaplains here, it’s a reminder this is God’s place. It’s a good reminder to me,” he added.
