Innovative Dallas-based employee care service provider Marketplace Chaplains recently earned two workplace honors from Texas-based companies for their fast-growing strategic partnership of employee care services.

Touchstone Communities of San Antonio, in a recent employee survey, reported that not only were over 96% of the employees aware of their Chaplain Care Team, but 97.6% of those respondents had personally utilized one of the 21 unique services Marketplace Chaplains provides.

This is a huge increase over the national average rate of 4.5% for EAPs and also provides more of a strategic, personal touch while being proactive.  Marketplace officials said if that many employees report are utilizing the confidential and neutral-from-company-operations Chaplains for help with personal problems and other life issues before they turn into crisis events, the rewards to a company’s productivity, retention, safety and teamwork are huge.
