President of International Services, Dallas, Texas
After completing a 30 year career in municipal government administration, C. G. Maclin joined Marketplace Chaplains USA in April, 2004 as the National Director of Recruiting. In January of 2005, he was appointed to serve as the Senior Vice President of Field Operations. On January 1, 2012, C. G. transitioned to President of International Services, with a special focus on Canada. Prior to joining Marketplace Chaplains USA, Maclin served as City Manager of Lufkin, Texas, for over 13 years. During that time he received the “Best of Texas, 2003 Visionary Award” from the Center for Digital Government, and was recognized by Texas Business Magazine in 1995 as heading one of the best–managed cities in the State of Texas. A native of East Texas, C. G. holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Administration from Texas A&M University.
