Chief Operating Officer

Greggory (Gregg) Markham serves as our Chief Operating Officer. Gregg comes to us having a strong military and corporate background. Starting in 1996, Gregg enlisted in the Navy as an Intelligence Specialist and was later selected to attend the United States Naval Academy (USNA) to earn his bachelor’s degree. Gregg graduated from the USNA in 2003 with a BS in Quantitative Economics and chose to serve as a Submarine Officer in the US Navy following graduation. After completing Naval Nuclear Power School, Gregg went on to his first Submarine tour aboard the USS Kentucky, a nuclear-powered ballistic missile submarine, as a Division Officer. After his time onboard, Gregg was selected to teach incoming nuclear engineers during his follow-on shore tour. After a successful instructor/teaching tour, Gregg volunteered to be part of an International Strategic Operations team in East Africa (Djibouti) where he helped build schoolhouses and water wells for the surrounding area. During this time, and while mostly remote, Gregg completed his master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from Colorado State University. Next, Gregg went to serve onboard the USS Michigan, a nuclear-powered guided missile submarine, for his second submarine tour, as the Operations & Navigation officer. After his second successful sea tour, he went to work for NATO as the Assistant Director of Information Management, completing multiple large scale technical upgrades and projects which are being heavily utilized in today’s NATO missions. Once out of the military, Gregg served as Chief Information Officer (CIO) for a Fort Worth-based, upstream Oil & Gas company, Wagner Oil Company, and as the top Operations Executive at both a Dallas-based company, Lease Analytics (COO), and a New York-based company, MediaRadar (VP of Operations).

Outside of work, Gregg volunteers with the National Center for Fathering and as an Admissions Counselor for the USNA. Gregg is married to his wife of 16 years, Meghan Markham. Meghan is a professional equine (dressage) trainer and business owner. They have two children, their son Brayden, 14, who enjoys videogames and anything STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math), and their daughter Quinn, 9, who enjoys spending time with her horse, Tango, as she learns dressage, and is a self-proclaimed fashionista. They reside in Argyle, Texas, and attend The Well, a non-denominational church, led by Pastor Dr. Matthew Harding.
